The Takoradi Campus of the Ghana Technology University College(GTUC) has received 30 Laptops, 10 Monitors and a host of computer accessories from two Swedish companies based in Stockholm, CODELAB AB and AVIDA FINANS; a donation facilitated by one Mr. Kelvin Mensah of Extended Life Advocates; an NGO based in Sekondi Takoradi.

Ms. Jahan-Nusrat Abubakar, the Director of the GTUC Takoradi Campus could not hide her joy and shared words of gratitude for the two companies as well as the individuals whose supports and contributions made the donation possible.

She noted that the timely donation was in line with the vision of the University’s development in the provision of quality ICT education for which there was the need to resource the various departments with the requisite materials.

Receiving the donation on behalf of the university, The President of the University, Professor Emmanuel Ohene Afoakwah who had paid a purposeful working visit to the campus praised the efforts of the Director of the Campus as well as the individuals who in their immense efforts attracted the generous donations from these two Swedish companies.
